As for technology, unfortunately this year has seen an uptick in phishing which for the Nth year in a row is still the most widely used cyber attack vector that we are fighting back against. This year specifically, cyber criminal attack campaigns repeatedly used spoofed emails and look-alike domains to deceive our customers, Going into 2019, it is our top priority to continue monitoring for these attacks and increase the spam filters and user awareness training to help everyone stay safe on the web!
